Halwa a delicious asian desert. one of my favorite

Cooking time: 20-25 min.
Yield : 6 people.



Ingredients:
   -2 cup sooji (flour)
   -2 cup carrot (shredded)
   -1 cup sugar ( Amount depends on individual test)
   -1 cup almond (shredded)
   -1 cup cashew (shredded)
   -1 cup walnut (shredded)
   -2 pinch cinnamon powder
   -1/2 cup butter
   -2 cup whole milk


 
Note- You can get all the ingredient in the local Indian store.
